Motor Fleet Insurance : Claims Procedures

Dear Customer, In case you met with an accident, please follow the procedure mentioned below and our friendly staff will be glad to assist you to register a claim and guide you through the claims process. An early intimation of a claim will lead to an early settlement. If you are holding a DNIR comprehensive policy or you met with an accident caused by a vehicle insured with DNIR. You may also approach motor claims department (Location Map)

To save your time and get your claim handling done in short period, please provide the following documents:-

  • Original police report
  • copy of Registration card (both sides)
  • DL copy
  • Claims form to be filled & signed by insured

The surveyor time is 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM in the Morning and from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM in the Evening (Sunday-Thursday) (Location Map), if the vehicle is not in a moving condition then the vehicle will be towed to respective workshop for inspection

For DNIR customer who is holding comprehensive policy with agency repair they may also directly approach the concerned agency and notify our motor claim department through the above mentioned contact channels.

For DNIR customer who is holding comprehensive policy with exclusive repair with AHM workshop they may also directly approach the workshop and notify our motor claim department through the above mentioned contact channels.

DNIR customers with Gold and Classic card can always avail the service from IMC on accident or breakdown.
