Motor Insurance : Claims ProcedureSubmit Motor Claim
In case you met with an accident, please follow the procedure mentioned below and our friendly staff will be glad to assist you to register a claim and guide you through the claims process. An early intimation of a claim will lead to an early settlement.
If you are holding a DNIR comprehensive policy or you met with an accident caused by a vehicle insured with DNIR, for immediate assistance please contact +9714-5969531/532/533/534/535/536.
To save your time and get your claim handling done in short period, please provide the following documents: -
- Original police report
- Copy of Registration card (both sides)
- DL copy
- Claims form to be filled & signed by insured
If the vehicle is not in a moving condition, then the vehicle will be towed to respective workshop for inspection.
For DNIR customer who is holding comprehensive policy with Agency Repair they may also directly approach the concerned agency with the above documents and notify our motor team through the above mentioned contact channels.
For DNIR customer who is holding comprehensive policy with exclusive repair with Al Habtoor Motor Workshop, they may also directly approach the workshop with the documents and notify our motor claim department through the above mentioned contact channels.
For the Non-Agency Repair, you may contact Speed Fit Body Shop directly for (Inspection Only) with the required documents and notify our motor claim department through the above mentioned contact channels.

If you are reporting an accident from Fujairah or a nearby place in Fujairah, the nearest location is Ras Al Khaimah.
The RAK estimator will prepare the estimates and do the necessary.
